Wraparound Care at John Perryn Primary School

Our wraparound care is run in-house by John Perryn staff, providing a safe, friendly and familiar environment for your child before and after the school day.

Times & Prices

Breakfast Club

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 8:00am – 8:35am
  • Price: £2.00 per session

Children start the day calm and ready to learn. A simple breakfast is provided and pupils are taken to class at 8:35am.

After-School Wraparound Club

  • Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Time: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
  • Price: £1.75 per session

Relaxed, supervised activities such as reading, drawing, games and outdoor play (weather permitting).

How to Book

  1. Email the school office: admin@johnperryn.ealing.sch.uk
  2. Include:
    • Your child’s full name and class
    • The days you require and for how long (e.g. “Mondays–Wednesdays every week”)
    • Which club(s) you need (Breakfast / After-School)
    • Any medical, allergy or dietary information
  3. Confirmation: The office will confirm your booking and start date by email.

Please book in advance so we can staff the provision safely. If you need to change or cancel a session, contact the office as early as possible.

Who Can Attend?

Wraparound care is open to pupils currently on roll at John Perryn Primary School. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to accommodate as many families as possible while maintaining safe ratios.

What to Expect

  • Staffing: Sessions are led and supervised by trained John Perryn staff who know our children and routines.
  • Activities: Quiet corners for reading and homework, creative resources, board games and outdoor play when possible.
  • Breakfast: A simple breakfast (e.g. cereal, toast, fruit) is offered at Breakfast Club.
  • Collection: After-school pick-up is from the designated collection point at 4:30pm.

Safeguarding, Inclusion & Medical

  • All staff follow our school Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and the Behaviour & Relationships policy.
  • Please share any medical plans, allergies or dietary needs when booking so we can support your child safely.
  • We are an inclusive school. If your child has additional needs, contact us so we can plan any reasonable adjustments.

Payments

Session fees are payable in advance once your place is confirmed. Details of how to pay will be provided in your confirmation email.

Changes & Cancellations

If your requirements change (for example, adding or removing days or ending a regular pattern such as “Mon–Wed every week”), please email the office. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can plan staffing and places.
